The worldwide library project will produce for the first time a very large number of free ebooks, available to everyone. A large number of sites form this.
Many of the traditional craft sites have information sections or on line libraries coming on line, so the best place to start is at the Traditional Craft Association, as this will tell you what each group are and what is provided.
Wicca is the post 1950's newer form of the craft, but again their are very many variants, and information on this can be found at the Power Wiccan site.
